In September thoughts turn to eerie goings-on’s as the nation prepares for Halloween fun on the last day of October. Here at the Hop Farm we promise awesome fun at the ‘Pumpkin Party October Half Term festivities – 22-26 October 2007.
Enter the world of ‘Hogwarts’ with a special magic show and be prepared to meet our resident creepie, crawlies on stage! The fun doesn’t stop there as you can get involved in the age-old tradition of apple-bobbing and other great Halloween games including pumpkin party dances.
Halloween is the time for ‘trick or treat’ so be inspired and get creative and make and take away a pumpkin print trick or treat bag with hand printed spiders and bat paper chains to decorate your house.
There will be a daily prize for the best dressed Halloween costume so start getting creative now!

Welcome to the Paws in the Park Show at the Hop Farm at the Kentish Oast Village on Saturday 22nd to Sunday 23rd September 2007.
Growing in popularity and reputation as the UK’s largest outside annual Dog Show this year features exciting Arena events, competitions, demonstrations and trade stands.

Do they have an unusual talent or party trick? Has your dog got what it takes? Find out by entering the brand new ‘My dogs got talent’ competition. See pawsinthepark.net for more details on how to achieve ‘doggy’ fame!

The amazing bond and unique partnership that exists between a dog and his owner is never more clearly seen than during the ‘Paws in the Park’ Arena events. These include, a companion dog show with major Scruffts heat, Obedience show, talented dancing dogs, police dog demonstration team, KC good citizen dog scheme and a musical display with 16 golden retrievers!

Join in with even more fun at a Dogstable obstacle course, fun scurries and a K9 frisbee.

Have a go and enter your dog into the ‘Dash n splash’ long jump event and be in with a chance of winning this coveted title, judged by the star of BBC’s Underdog Show, Richard Curtis.
The show is open to all working, trained and pet dogs to come along with their owners. Enjoy all the attractions of the Hop Farm. Camping is available. All dogs are welcome!

There are 3 professionally choreographed fashion shows during the day showcasing the latest designs for the entire wedding party. An ideal opportunity for the groom, the bridesmaids and mother of the bride to all find that perfect outfit.

Entry to the Wedding Extravaganza is just £3 for adults and £2 for children and includes entry to all of The Hop Farm’s attractions including the Shire horses, animal farm and indoor play area.
